Cologne Summer Schools
Founded in 1388, the University of Cologne is one of the oldest universities in Europe and with over 49,000 students one of the largest in Germany. The Status of Excellence was awarded in 2012 and in 2014 the Study Portals Award for Very Good International Student Satisfaction 2014! (www.STeXX.eu)
The Cologne Summer Schools programs offer courses in various university disciplines, all designed to broaden basic and advanced knowledge. Additionally, you are able to gain insight into the general academic program of the University of Cologne.
Regardless of the course of study, you benefit from an intercultural and intereducational experience in the vibrant city of Cologne at one of the oldest and most renowned Germna universities. The result? Expanding personal horizons and a boost for your career.
The good news is that we will be able to invite students from our world-wide partner universities to take part in this special experience for three more years. On Monday, 22 February 2016, Santander Universities confirmed the funding for the Cologne Summer Schools project for three more years.
Our chancellor, Dr. Michael Stückrath (on the left) and Mr. Oliver Burda, Member of the Board of Managing Directors of Santander Consumer Bank AG (on the right) signed the second contract.
Dr. Stefan Bildhauer, Head of the International Office of the UoC handed over the Cologne Summer Schools Report 2015 to Mr. Alberto Dörr, Head of Santander Universities Germany. Enjoy the CSS Report 2015
